Terms of sale
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms apply to the private-label dietary supplement manufacturing services provided by Escop to its business customers. Any order implies their acceptance; the specific terms stated in the quote prevail in case of difference. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any difference, the French version prevails.
1. Quote and order
Every order is preceded by a quote issued by Escop. The order becomes firm once the customer has accepted the quote in writing and paid the agreed deposit.
2. Minimum quantities
100 units per product with a ready formula from the Escop library, for every format (capsules, powders, liquids).
1,000 units per product for a custom-developed formula.
3. Formulas
Formulas developed specifically for a customer stay attached to that customer’s brand.
Formulas from the Escop library remain the property of Escop and may be offered to other customers under other brands.
4. Samples
Samples can be prepared at the customer’s request, under the conditions stated in the quote.
5. Packaging and labelling
The customer supplies or approves its brand elements and the content of its labels before printing.
The customer is responsible for the content of its labels, the claims shown on its products, their regulatory compliance, and the registration or authorisation of its products with the competent authorities, in Morocco and in the countries where it sells them.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are those stated in the accepted quote. A deposit is paid on order confirmation; the balance is payable on delivery.
7. Production lead times
Production starts from 5 days after the formula and packaging are approved, depending on the current production schedule. Lead times are given for guidance.
8. Delivery and receipt
The customer checks the goods on receipt. Any reservation (quantity, visible damage) must be reported to Escop in writing as soon as possible, stating the order number and, if possible, with photos.
9. Quality and traceability
Products are manufactured to GMP standards. Each batch is identified by a batch number that ensures its traceability.
10. Confidentiality
Escop treats the information, projects and formulas shared by the customer as confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed at the customer’s request.
11. Liability
Escop is responsible for manufacturing the products in accordance with the approved order. Marketing, promoting and using the products are the customer’s responsibility.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Agadir.
